    As a business owner, I understand the value of mutual respect and the importance of customer satisfaction in any transaction. My journey with mloflo began on December 5th, when I was introduced to their services by Jack K. Jack provided a demonstration that, while initially persuasive, led to a high-pressure sales environment that I ultimately found not aligning with my business needs. Despite assurances from Jack that my satisfaction was paramount and that a refund would be readily available should the service not meet my expectations, the reality that unfolded was far from it. After deciding that mloflo was not the right fit for my business, I requested a cancellation of my membership and a full refund on December 6th. What followed was a series of emails where Jack attempted to retain my business through further sales tactics before finally acknowledging my request. Despite this, my refund was never processed. Persistent in my efforts, I reached out again on December 21st. Further attempts to contact the company through email were met with dead ends, and my inquiries through their website and support channels went unanswered. It was not until February 27th, through social media, that I received any form of acknowledgment from mloflo, this time from Neli A, and shortly after, Derrick D, one of the owners. Despite Derrick's assurance that he would look into the matter, my situation remains unresolved as of March 10th, with no refund and no further communication from mloflo. The experience has been disheartening, to say the least. The gap between what was promised and what was delivered has not only resulted in a financial loss but also a loss of time - a critical resource for any business owner. It is my hope that by sharing my experience, others will exercise caution before engaging with mloflo. The cornerstone of any successful business lies in trust and accountability, and unfortunately, in this instance, both were noticeably absent.
