            Alan Jay Nissan service dept has a terrible customer service.We took our car there and they charged $1777.00 to replace catalytic converter and a coil pack.Aftet less than three weeks same problems.Took it back the coil pack they replaced was cracked and they came up with a new problem replacing computer $1500 plus labor and tax they kept car almost three weeks and decided it was not worth to fix but I believe they did something to car and will not own up to it. Why keep it three weeks no loaner offered would not keep me informed everytime I called got a different story mechanic out sick mechanic didn't show up finally had the car towed back home and it has a flat tire wasn't flat when I took it in it came back in worse shape than when I left it. I feel like like something happened to my car it started before I took it in now it won't start they say it needs a new computer. They have offered to give the money back on the coil less than a hundred dollars but have not seen it yet. And offered a $200 gift card to use at there service department No thank you I would never go back there. Beware of this service dept.
