    I, purchased, the vehicle, and was, Sworn, off buying another, ( that the transmission), was NO , "Good", in The ONE, I was, looking at 1 week later, after I bought the vehicle, they wanted me, to.They, said, The Vehicles". Fine !Nothing wrong with the vehicle !ISince : August 9, 2024, And, "NOW", "BEING", NOVEMBER, 25, 2024.I've, driven my vehicle, approx. 10 miles.I "STAiAlL", Don't Have, My Vehicle 4 transmissions, in approx. A 6 month, period of Time.I've been paying full coverage , Ins. Since: Aug. 9, 2024. And, I have, NO, "Vehicle" to. Drive.

    - 3/3-3/4 - PPI Car tow from private parking lot that didn't need to occur. In other words - I came back 20 minutes later and car was towed after taking a brief walk. Seemed like a money grab as they only took cash.- They harassed me at point of sale (reviewing my license and FORCING me to allow them to copy it and without duty and care file it away saying its ok and only owner can access file cabinet. What if he dies? There are no safeguards and my concern is that I will never do business with them, but yet, why do they need my license? Not needed and I would feel much better if they shred my copied license so it doesn't get in the the wrong hands. (ID Theft is my concern given what I observed there as a prudent/diligent person. I want this to be confidential and I want my drivers license information removed from the business or shredded. I already reported this to police also.

    We here at Barfield's completely understand the customers frustration. Having a vehicle towed is never an easy ordeal. Unfortunately we were asked by the owner of the property to come and PPI the vehicle. We do not know how the vehicle got there or how long its been there, we are simply doing or job. With regards to the drivers license, protocol for our business requires a copy of photo ID so we know who we release the property to. It is merely for our records and protection.
