      I have made multiple attempts at emailing and calling this company trying to close my account and every time I am ignored. They deduct $14 each month from my AMEX account and unfortunately AMEX is not able to cancel the auto payment. I’ve tried calling Sarasota office and every time the call dies. A total scam!

      I have an email saying I signed up 5 years ago, but no emails since then with receipts or activity. I stopped receiving emails after 1 year even though I just was able to log in and it says I should be receiving billing emails. I disputed the charge on my credit card, it came back valid, so I changed my card number. I do not recall setting up this account. Perhaps it was setup using my information in order to get access to my inbox - clearly that's how they make money - by linking to your inbox and pooling together everyones contacts. How this company behaves is not ok. Shame on them.
