    BUYER BEWARE - CHECK YOUR CHEMICALS, et al SOP was fine in the beginning until they hired a completely green person who got my chemicals out of balance. I called Derek as I thought they would want to know to protect the company's reputation. They did send out someone who got the chemicals back in balance for a week and then they sent someone else out who got them back out of balance for several more weeks. I called them weekly to let them know until finally I gave them an ultimatum stating that they had one more chance to get the chemicals right. They then immediately sent us a letter letter saying that they were downsizing and letting us go. However, I saw two ads indicating that they were actually looking for new business (one on Angi's list and one in the mail). Our new pool company says our pool chemicals are grossly out of balance and that our calcium is at 90 rather than 350-400 as required by our fiberglass pool warranty. Very, very disappointing!

    I am sorry for your disappointment with the service. I am unaware of the current condition of your pool but a few weeks ago I was in constant communication with the technician and you kept saying the pool was out of wack and our test did not support that. After multiple follow up visits (at no charge) due to the same reported chemical issues we did all we could. We do not alter chemistry based off of other peoples test. If our test do not show the water needs something we do not alter the chemistry. We can only dedicate so much time toward a supposed problem. We appreciate your business but we could no longer spend employee pay on solving a chemical issue that our test did not support. Wish you the best with the new company. Thank you!

    Follow up visits due to complaints related to this issue were done at no additional charge. We could no longer afford to pay our people to come out to address this issue that we did not see reflected in our testing.

    I did not request that anyone come out mid week to do the exact same testing as that would be pointless.

    We have three documented return visits to try to address your issue at no charge. I am really surprised you are trying to leave bad reviews everywhere you can. We tried our best to help you and could not. We apologize about that. Sometimes we have to discontinue service if one account is taking too much of our labor and other resources. No hard feeling. I didn't mean to upset you by discontinuing service. I thought it was the right decision for both of us.

    You needn't have written us to say that you were downsizing as I then saw two separate advertisements for new business. I would definitely have preferred the truth and some sort of communication along the way stating that this was your policy before our dismissal. Best wishes to you just the same.
