      My bill has gone up 3 times the amount from November until February without an explanation as to why? I have oil heat and use my fireplace most of time if not using oil, we barely use electricity but yet my bill compared to my neighbors who have 5 to 6 person households are considerably lower and they have central air units in there homes I don't. How is this even possible? We have 2 people living in my home and we work 10 hour days and turn everything off while gone.i want an explanation. Now
