    On 08/05/2022 I was treated at the above practice. The practice is in network with my dental insurance. The practice charged me $349.00 at the time of service. On 08/18/22 I received the insurance explanation of benefits stating that my payment should have been of $******. On 08/19/22 I contacted the office letting them know that I was overcharged. My wife spoke with a lady name ***** who told me that they were going to audit my account and would send me a refund. We never heard back from them. On 11/01 my wife spoke with the dental insurance company, and they told her that they have sent the payment to the dental office on 08/08/22 by electronic check for $72.50 and my payment responsibility was of $ ******. The trace number for the insurance payment was *********.on the same day (11/01) my wife spoke with the dental office manager, ****, and provided her all the information. **** told my wife that she was getting back with her no later than 11/07/22. However, until today nobody has contact myself and/or my wife, and every time we contact them, **** is never available, and we were told that **** is the only one that can help us. The dental office needs to refund us $177.50 which was due after they have received their payment from the insurance company on 08/08. At this point our refund is 3 months overdue.
