            I was referred to Sarasota AutoNation Collision Center to fix a small front bumper ***** They prepared an estimate (attached) which included 7% sales tax PLUS another extra 1% County tax, which is already included in the 7% tax. When I questioned that I was told "that is the way it is". See email from Estimator ***********************. That is incorrect and the business should be told so.. I questioned the Pre-Repair and Post-Repair scan as being unnecessary. All it takes is a 30 second walk around the car. Again, the reply was unsatisfactory. I also question the ********************* at $ *****. It is only a small scratch in the front bumper and if there was a problem with the car the built in **************** light would have alerted me that there is a problem.I checked other places who do not charge the extra 1% County Sales tax which is included in the 7% sales tax, nor they charge for the Scans (unneeded) nor for the Diagnostic, also not needed for a small front bumper part exchange.
