    Complaint Regarding Greggs Quality ********* To Whom It May Concern,I am submitting a complaint regarding Greggs Quality ********* for failure to fulfill contractual obligations and property damage caused during their work.April 23, 2025, Greggs Quality ********* contacted me to offer services we had previously discussed. We agreed they would cut down two trees, grind both stumps, and clean out an oak tree for a total of $3,750.During removal of one tree, an 8 foot section fell on my utility shed, causing damage. I requested a tarp to cover the shed but did not discuss resolution at that time, as I intended to address it when they returned to grind the stumps..Grinding was initially scheduled for the weekend of May 3, then rescheduled to May 17, and again to May 24. On May 24, the owner had been injured by a tree and they promised to do the ***** grinding as soon as possible.July 19 I requested an update. ***** reiterated his injury and said his crew abandoned him. I asked to be notified once ***** grinding is scheduled. I received no response.July 20, sent a follow-up text requesting an update. No reply!July 25, sent a letter Certified Mail to Greggs Quality *********, requesting resolution of the incomplete work and property damage. The letter was rejected and returned unopened..August 4, sent a text to both ***** and his wife Kimi asking if I had been added to the ***** grinding schedule. No response!Currently, the ***** grinding remains incomplete, and damage to my shed has not been addressed. I am requesting assistance from the Better Business Bureau in resolving this matter and ensuring that Greggs Quality ********* fulfills their contractual obligations and compensates for the property damage.I have included supporting documentation and photo evidence to assist in reviewing this complaint.Thank you for your attention to this issue.Sincerely,******* P ********* ******************************************** ************** **********************

    Greggs Quality tree service trimmed all trees and removed 5 trees on my property. They assured their service would improve the safety by removing g all weak limbs. One day after they left, a large limb broke and is hanging creating a dangerous situation. For a week we have received promises that they would send a crew to eliminate the hazard. It has not been addressed. If they werent going to provide a resolution, they should not lie about it.1- They claim to be trained arborists and they should have recognized the hazard 2- They have promised to take the limb down and have not delivered. 3- Their inaction has allowed a hazard to exist longer if they would have just said they werent going to do anything.4- Other trimming was not done correctly leaving unfinished cuts 5- We have spent over $12,000 for poor work leaving us with a very hazardous situation for over a week. 6- We will need someone else to finish their work.
