This was a pool resurface project. Original project was done around 3/8. Multiple issues were encountered during the process of inception and completion. No follow up communication on email, consistently missed appointments and showed up at random times. Pool is splotchy with stains. They came out after my final email was sent and identified the issue, stated that it was an issue with the material and acid washing the pool was the only way to correct it. They stated that they had redone 2 pools prior to mine for the same issue. They drained, completed the acid wash process and refilled the pool. There were stains running down under the New light that was installed caused by the acid application. I notified them and they returned, missed original appointment and showed up on another day unannounced. They got the stain off the wall but the light is still stained. I contacted them regarding the splotchy areas, stain in the pool and light, they stated they would be out for a review and fix the light. Never showed and to this day have not responded. This has been a heart-breaking experience. I do not expect perfection, but this is not acceptable and certainly not what they told me it would be. Pictures should be in attached document. The attached light pictures show what it looked like after the acid was poured over it. Most of the stain on pool wall is gone but the stain on the light remains. More pictures can be provided. The light has quit working also. I had a representative from another pool franchise look at the pool and they agreed that the job was incompetently completed.
