    I hired *** ***************** To build my brand , I paid her in full in September 2022 . She didn't start working on *********** until December of 2022 . After I was continued asking her when she was going to start ***********. Its been a complete disaster, I have had to stay on this person to continue working on my project. The work is not up to the standards that I have been told that they could produce. This person is running a business under deceptive business practices. I've had to go in and look at the website and tell her that things that are not supposed to be there when she is the professional. My website is up for public viewing and it is not ready yet. She is working on my website why it is up for public viewing .I had to continue stay on her to do her job. I had no input on my logo until I spoke up and asked what was going on with it. I had to press her for information. She was not producing anything but talk. I need some help with a resolution to this .

    Client received services and calls for business set up within a contact from 9/2022-03/2023 and never said she was not satisfied until after logo and website was produced and received. Provided minimum feedback as she didnt have time and appeared to be overwhelmed. When noted she wanted a trademarkable logo, our preferred artist was connected with client to sketch logo as she did not have one or had not provided us with one and client was to communicate her request and then we would proceed. This particular service requires participation from each client so that we can create the vision and not assume what the client may want or what we think they like. Accounts and websites were set-up and our time was spent completing the work. Everything required input from the client, client replied with limited details for both website and logo as they both require detailed information.

     The last phase we were in was awaiting revised logo to finalize remaining items.

    The best way to work this out is not by refunding client full amount as client has received ie., Email account set up, website, social media, legal agreement, bi-monthly calls, and Iogo samples.half of her services and feedback to resolve any disagreements was asked of multiple times to proceed.

    Our goal is to provide services requested by client with assistance from client.

    Considering this being something new for the client we made sure to spell out everything as items were completed. Providing bi-weekly calls instead of monthly calls.

     We have provided sufficient service to the client and willing to agree to a reasonable solution.
