  I had received *********************** phone number from ******** and reached out to have a quote done to finish my shower floor. He gave me the estimate of $1800 to finish the job that was left after a new drain pan was installed. I put $200 down to secure the date of the work. He showed up on May 17th and finished on May 19th. He sent me pictures of the finished shower, which looked great from far away. I was not there at the time of it being finished. Once I came home that night to check out the finished product I noticed the drain was at least an inch below the the tile floor, the floor itself is not angled to go down towards the drain and they used caulking in between the tile on the wall to the floor. He fixed the drain, which is OK, but now there are grout issues. There are holes forming in between the tiles. I informed him and he came out and "fixed" the problem. Now we are having the same issue again! Obviously the job was done incorrectly and I do not trust him coming out to fix it again. I want a refund so I can I have someone more qualified to repair it correctly.

  The part of the job I did which was the tile part was properly done in every way, the things she's complaining about aren't enough to reach out to the BBB and try to hurt a business like this , this is very spiteful in every way. Tile around drain was polished and not sharp to become a liability but i went and raised drain 3/8" when she called me , the small grains of grout where simply air pocket when I did it the first none of it compromising the quality of the work when back n grout it again, she called I awnser everytime after she made final payment,  I could have just dissappear but I awnser and showed up ,backing up my work , she is a tenant, the owner lives in ****** which by now reimbursed her for the amount she paid for the job , the way I see it this person is looking to get extra cash in the pocket by trying to ask for a refund when the job is perfect,  last I was there shower is being used no problems at all.a consumer Hurting a reputable individual business it's something that the BBB should not allow ,I hope this gets resolved soon please advise

  This is not about being spiteful towards a business. This is about them knowingly doing the job wrong. And saying it's ok.
