    I would like to discharge from the fact program and any other program I may have been persuaded to sign up for, without further understanding of what I was allowing to take place in my life. I do not agree with this program or any other of its kind;furthermore I wish to be removed from any program that allows for any persons ,businesses, nurses, or organizations to solicit me in any way shape or form. My privacy is not being respected. This program definitely breaches any and all personal boundaries and privacy, as well as a persons constitutional rights. Upon signing up it appears to be a helpful community outreach service for people with disabilities.However they dont tell you that they are going to surveillance you 24/7 and use your medical records and documentation of PTSD triggers to obtain information and then utilize it to elicit a negative response or unwanted feelings. This is not helpful for ptsd or anyone with ptsd, mental health conditions, and cognitive processing disorders.This is a violation of privacy and a persons human/ civil rights . The Florida assertive community treatment program and any other program or service that may allow persons, organizations,business, or medical professionals to surveillance me at any time , or utalize my ptsd triggers against me. I dont want any part of these programs. I find these tactics almost abusive. Im being subjected to situations and experiences that I find extremely oppositional in regards to aiding in anxiety, ptsd, social interaction, or even normal daily activities. Id like to continue My therapy services and medication services via telahealth at ********* behavioral health care, and maintain my privacy as well as my peace. I applied for the fact team through *******************************, and Caledonia recovery. If there are any other organizations working with these health care providers please include them in the complaint.Thank you kindly and respectfully,**** ***********
