    I call dish to pay my cable bill got this number online the guy I talked to said he was from dish and was able to get into my account and tell me he would give me ***** of my bill and I only had to pay 100 if I pay on the phone so I did and then he says that dish has a new payment where I have to accept the payment first for the safety I dont get scammer well I did now Im out off 100 and he got into my account try making 3 payment from different account numbers didnt find out till my next bill was due and I had kick back charges and last fees this place is answering acting as different carrier to take ur money call the number back after finding out they wasnt dish each time they answer saying they was dish then when I ask for my refund they hung up or say if u didnt get a email we cant refund u and then call right back they say they dish and tell me they dont use pay easy tech put I got phone records of time and bank time that match these ppl need to go to the feds lieing and taking ppl money and dont want to give it back

    Paid them $120.00 to them to pay my direct TV bill. They used a fraudulent credit card to pay my bill 4 times. DIRECTV kept declining there payments making my credit with DIRECTV bad. Now I have to pay cash in person to keep my DIRECTV. When I called them they gave me the run around. Total scam company please shut them down!

    I paid 680 dollars which they were supposed to apply towards my Att Invoice. They initially paid ATT then cancelled the payment and kept the 680 dollars I gave them to make the payment....

    On January 12, 2024, I unknowingly gave Pay Easy Tech. my cell phone bill payment for that month. The representative fraudulently told me that Pay Easy was an affiliate of **** and that I could pay for my January cell phone bill through their company. I had no reason to doubt the representative as I had gotten their phone number from an Internet page I thought to be an **** affiliate. The representative kept reinforcing the idea that Pay Easy was part of ****. On March 25, 2024, I discovered that the $150.00 payment I gave Pay Easy was not applied to my **** cell phone bill. They falsely represented that they were affiliated with **** to scam me out of $150.00. **** informed me that Easy Pay was not affiliated with them and that my January cell phone bill was not paid. **** also informed me that someone attempted to make several payments to my cell account. Still, those payments were denied, and my cell phone service was in jeopardy of being suspended due to the unpaid January 2024 cell phone bill and the denials from the Bank or Banks that denied those payments.I called PayEasy at ************ several times to inquire about my cell phone bill payment, but an answering machine said the individual I called was unavailable. In my opinion, PayEasy is a fraudulent company that scams unsuspecting people. Someone should prosecute them, put PayEasy out of Business, or send them to jail. They almost caused me reputation damage and suspension of my cell phone service. I will upload my card statement and a copy of my **** suspension notice related to *******'s failure to pay my cellphone bill.

    We called **************** to request a lower bill and we were transferred to Pay ********* out of *******, without our knowledge. This Company said they were Optmium; which they were not. Thinking I was talking to Optmium they ask for $100.00 and they would give us our cable and internet for $100.00 for 2 years. This is Fraud! Pay Easy Tech posed as Optmium. I want my money refunded.
