    I requested that they lubricate and make sure all my shutters are operable and they charged me $166 for that service. Yesterday I TRIED TO CLOSE THE ***** DOOR SHUTTER AND COULD NOT! I asked them to come out to remedy this situation since I am leaving to go up north and need to be sure all shutters are closed before I leave due to the impending hurricane season. They informed me to soonest time they could come out is August 30 which would put me right in the middle of the hurricane season. This is unacceptable! I need somebody over here before I leave which is July 24th. They said they could not help me. Before they did whatever they did I was able to easily close the front shutter. I cant now!
