    I was referred to this company by a friend and paid over 10k plus materials in January of 2023 for an incomplete job. The job included plumbing into my dog room, tiled dog kennels, a drain and a few other small details. Let's start by saying the plumbing they ran from in my guest bathroom was leaking and they had to come back and fix that the following day. Thank the lord i went into that unused bathroom the following morning it i would not have even noticed until the water was gushing into my living room. I was instructed to purchase an industrial sized drain for the room and they installed its own run off, see photos. The drain is not pitched properly for anything to flow into it on its own, nor does it even drain. Water just sits down in the pipe.Not only were half of the kennels that i paid for not built, but the half completed are not sealed to the floor and tile bar codes are exposed. I brought this to the owners attention and he stated aw he slipped but i was given the run around for months regarding the "easy fixes" and coming back to finish, led on for months and even told he would show up on days and then he would no show. Then telling me he was too busy with other jobs even though mine was paid in full. Some instances my correspondences went without any response at all. I included the ending text messages but i do have correspondence since January. Now im having to pay someone else to finish / re do the job.
