    We purchased a mirror for our bathroom from the Glass Doctor of Port St. Lucie paying $399.25 on 10/05 and again on 10/26 when it was installed. The mirror was perfect on the date of installation, but about 6 weeks later I noticed a black edge on the left side of the mirror. At first I thought it had been chipped and repaired somehow (which is what I told ******** at their office), but my husband said it was something with the mirror itself. It was wearing away much like the mirror we had replaced. I asked for a new mirror and "upper mgt" stated I could pay half for a new mirror. I even offered for them to send someone to look at the mirror, but no they did not want to do that. I believe it should be replaced at their cost. It is their defective mirror. They even took a picture of that corner for some reason at the time of installation. My picture shows what it currently looks like.

    I would give this company zero stars if I could. They over promise and under deliver. They promised me my window would be fixed in a week. It took four. They deny phone calls and emails. Then when they finally have the glass, they’re told to call when on their way, and they don’t. They install the wrong glass. I started receiving emails, to collect the balance due, to which I responded to every single one that I wanted to speak to the owner. Then, I get an email from Lynn. The secretary and the RUDEST person, I’ve ever encountered telling me that I’ve been ignoring them, and I’ve blocked them so they are going to reclaim the glass. I call back and tell her I’ve responded to every single one and that I want to speak to the owner. She emails me days later and tells me the owner is aware and pretty much doesn’t care, and she needs to collect payment. I called and left a message, no response. Then today, she tells me the owner TOLD her, he doesn’t need to call me and told me the only situation is that I owe them for the job done. WITH THR WRONG GLASS! … and threatens me again to come take the glass. Go ahead. Come take it. Make sure LYNN never contacts me again. This review will be up on every single outlet available within the hour. Happy holidays!
