    Business is in violation of Florida Statute ****** on multiple levels.They do not have a phone number with a 24 hour operator. Business was called and notified at 6:30 am , Business did not open on the time that it should have been open. Business is not open during the supposed times (8:00-6:00) says 8:00-4:00 pm on building. Business was not open at the time it is supposed to be open. (8:00am)

    We do have a 24 hour operator he came to the office at 7:30. We talked. My office is not open till eight. He called ***************** ** and they advised him that we have an hour after the fact that we talked and I was there within 30 minutes, I was posted on the building with our 24 hour telephone number

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    This complaint was filed in the heat of the moment in the early AM hours before speaking with the business owner. After speaking with him and authorities I was further educated on the Florida Statutes and he was kind enough to give me a 50$ discount.

    Incident Details:On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, I parked my car at the ******* parking lot. When I returned at approximately 11:00 PM, my vehicle was missing. I contacted the local police, who informed me that my car had been towed by A & J Auto Recovery. Despite several attempts, I was unable to reach the towing company that evening as they were closed.On December 25, 2024, I finally made contact with the company. The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and rude, and he hung up on me when I inquired about my cars location. After multiple calls, I was given an appointment at 8:00 PM to retrieve my car. I arrived at 7:45 PM, but the company did not arrive until 9:00 PM. After paying the $335 towing fee, I drove my car away, only to discover that it displayed several emergency warning lights and a malfunction error message.The situation worsened as the vehicle became undrivable, with a loud noise coming from the front right wheel and a severe loss of speed. I was unable to exceed 30 miles per hour. And when I returned to him. He lied to me saying that is normal and he advised me to drive the car normally and it will be okay.The following day, December 26, 2024, I took my car to Suntoyota (****** dealership), where I was informed that the power steering had been bent and needed to be replaced. The dealership confirmed that the damage resulted from improper towing. I paid $2,365.81 for the necessary repairs.I attempted to contact A & J Auto Recovery to explain the situation and request compensation for the damages, but the manager denied responsibility and refused to reimburse me for the repair costs.

    he left the car there it was ***** down he told us at the time of him picking it up it was towed on a flatbed he drove it off the lot then came back 60 min after told him how it was towed he said ok and went home

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First, When I left my car in the ******* parking lot, it was in excellent condition. On that day, I had driven my brand-new 2024 ****** Corolla all the way from ********** to ********************* without any issues. However, after your towing company handled my car, significant damage occurred.


    According to the ****** dealer, the bending of the power steering could not have been caused by normal driving but was a direct result of mishandling during the towing process. This damage made the car undrivable, and I was shocked to find warning lights illuminated on my dashboard after retrieving the vehicle.


     Second, I returned to your office to report the problem after few minutes from retrieving my car, the towing operator assured me that this was normal and instructed me to drive the car for a few miles, claiming the issue would resolve itself. Trusting this advice, I drove the vehicle, putting myself in serious danger, only to discover later that the car was unsafe to operate. The next day, the ****** dealer confirmed the extent of the damage and expressed disbelief that I had been misled into driving the vehicle in such a condition.


    This experience has been both frustrating and dangerous. Your company mishandling of my car and the misinformation provided by your staff have caused me unnecessary risk and financial loss. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately and fairly.

    *********** came and my husband was getting my wallet out of the vehicle, tow person threatened my husband with jail first, then proceeded to threaten with a gun. I came out with a bat because all I heard from inside someone threatening my husband with a gun when I seen no gun I went back inside and my brother tried to come out. was outside asking if we could pay him to drop the car, he agreed to drop vehicle for 75 dollars then proceeded to tell me I cant have my change and leave with vehicle dropped.

    there's no street parking I hooked uo to the truck 2 guys came out told them what was going on then there mom came out with a bat to hit him with I told her she will go to jail so they paid the drop fee with 100 told them Iwe don't have cash on us he can go brake it he said no and parked the tuck by the club house talk to the office the next morning and told them and they knew there was no street parking
