    DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Owner Thomas just threatened me on the phone "Google my name and see what I've done to people" prior to hanging up on me after arguing with me for 20 minutes and blatantly lying over and over again. Refuses to refund me my money or try to make my experience right. Instead he lied saying my money was already refunded. Then he lied saying he doesn't get paid for Grub Hub orders. I WORK AT A RESTAURANT WITH GRUB HUB. We get paid immediately, Grub hub only gets the service fees and tip!! Then he lied again saying his wife messaged me on Facebook after deleting my post SIX TIMES on their Facebook page about my experience since there is no option to leave a review. Instead of being professional and trying to make my experience right, Thomas continued to argue with me and talk over me the entire conversation and lie. & when I contacted the wife to tell her I was going to be reporting her husband's threats, that I have RECORDED, she proceeded to accuse ME of saying I was going to kill them over food!?!?! Because she is scared of them getting in trouble. These people are lunatics and delusional should not own a business. The wife also sent fake screenshots of a refund for another order they had yesterday that a customer complained about that Grub Hub had to refund and the wife stated it was my refund which it infact was not. Lies on top of lies on tops of lies. Her response to this review is also a lie of her trying to cover for their failing business. I will be contacting the sherriff's office in regards to her husband's threat and will be in contact the better business bureau. Every response to me has been a blatant lie of these owners trying to cover their butts. I have screenshots of all our messages to prove the lies the wife is telling. This place has gone SO downhill since the owners changed. I am so disappointed. We order here all the time and last night we ordered delivery. Firstly, our food took an hour and a half to get here, that's absurd. Then when it finally comes, my potatoes are so rotten that they have brown pieces of slime all over them. They were DISGUSTING. My curry sauce was straight water with all the seasoning at the bottom of the container. & my chicken was so cold and chewy to top it all off. Brussel sprouts were burnt and the only semi okay thing on my plate was my broccoli. My husband's food was ice cold and his chicken was the same way. I called to let them know what the issue was and "Chey" is who I spoke to. He had no resolution for my issue and instead was extremely unprofessional by telling me he didn't know what to tell me? That's how you correct an issue? & then repeatedly would tell me he's never had a complaint before- lol yeah right. I asked him if he was the cook, he said no. Then 5 minutes later told me he had to put me on hold because he was cooking an order? Mind you, I called after 7 when they were supposed to be closed. & then the phone suspiciously hung up. I called back, he told me the potatoes were fine and cooked this morning. I asked if he was calling me a liar because you don't say stuff like that to customers. He told me he was the only person there. How is that possible? One person there cooking AND taking orders AND doing cashier AND bagging all the food? If that's the case then the owner needs to step up and be in attendance. I told him he either needed to send new food or refund me for the horrible food and customer service. He told me hold on again while he called his boss. He got back on the line and said the boss (Thomas) would call me back later- lol again. It's now been 24 hours and weird, still no phone call? No refund, no new food. Instead I called and argued with Thomas for 20 minutes before he threatened me and hung up. We will NEVER be back here again and I'll be sure to make sure everyone I know knows of this experience too.
