The Company did not provide the proper care to my lawn and did not treat for insects that ended up destroying my backyard. Wild, the lack of rainfall didnt help I feel I shouldve been alerted to the fact of insects killing my grass and only upon consultation of another lawn care company that pointed out that the lawn had been killed not by drought, but by bugs.

    ********************,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  In May and June, our technician documented and alerted the customer in the notes of the appointment records with the following note: DROUGHT DAMAGE ADVISORY: Areas of your lawn are experiencing damage caused by lack of water. Please check your irrigation coverage to ensure proper coverage.

We understand that the county water sprinkler system was not working properly during these months of drought.  This makes it difficult to keep the lawn watered.  We have treated the lawn for insects multiple times, but when there is severe drought damage, the lawn is more susceptible to insect activity.

We have credited the last two months of service back to the account ($86.00) , and will continue to work to help recover the lawn.

    Thank you

Grass Monkey's pest and fertilizer killed my new sod. After multiple attempts to get the owner to see the damage to my lawn, I was told by technician my lawn's poor health was due to lack of water. Not true. My sod gets watered daily and after 5 inches of rain and a green lawn, Grass Monkey showed up to treat my lawn with fertilizer and pest control and 2 days later my lawn and my plants were turning brown. I layer all new sod 2 months ago and did not have an issue with the new Grass dying until after Geass Monkey treated my lawn. I will now have to spend thousands of dollars to remove the dead sod and replace with new. Stay away from this company!

As the Owner of Grass Monkey Pest Control, I have reached out and spoke with ********.  Our conversation went very well he fully understood that his grass did not die from any of our products or services that we applied. ******** installed new sod on his property knowing that he doesn't have adequate irrigation coverage.  He was doing the best he could to try and keep the grass watered but it was very difficult ******* drought conditions.  ******** agreed to remove this complaint as it had nothing to do with our service.
