            Took my 2018 GMC Terrain that I bought from them in for a oil change,tire rotation and to have a tire checked out that was leaking. wait for 2 hours the Service writer comes in to talk to me tells me I need new windshield wipers because they or streaking! So I said how much are they? Said says $49.99 so I said ok replace them. She also said they couldn't find anything in the tire when I already new there was a little nail in it. So she says I will have them check it again. 20 minutes later comes back and said yes it has a small nail in it the will take the tire off and dismount it and patch it from the inside for $49.99 so I said ok! I get home with the car and then find out they didn't even put new wipers on they are still streaking in the exact same spot so never got the $49.99 wipers I paid for. also all they did was put a plug in the tire which is on the driver side front of the car btw and charge me $49.99 so know I going to end up needing a new tire because they are bunch of morons that want to go the easy way out and be lazy and not fix the tire the correct way!! Will never earn my business again!

            Mr. Whisman, this is completely unacceptable treatment and not reflective of how we take care of our guests. I'm investigating this with my service team and will reach out to you shortly.
