    On November 1st, 2022, I purchased a Signature SS2 series jacuzzi tub for $2,000 from Revive Spas offering a 6 month warranty. I notified them on December 9th that we smelled a foul odor followed by smoke coming out of the side panel. Upon removing the panel, we found that the foam was burning and immediately shut down the power. It has not powered up since then. I emailed photos and a response was received. A repair tech was scheduled for December 20th but no one ever showed. Communicate continued to be sporadic by email and/or text and to date no one has come out to make repairs despite my numerous attempts to
    calling, emailing and texting.

    As a result, I did contact another company to repair the jacuzzi. Attached is the estimate for the repair along with the original invoice of purchase and my email communication with the company.

    We purchased a hot tub spa from revive on 10/7/22. We were told they did a 72 hour water test and that there is a year warranty. Upon delivery, they ask your tub to be hooked up by an electrician and they just leave. Immediately after hook up and filling with water, there were multiple huge leaks spilling out everywhere. The pipes were chewed by what looked like rats. They have refused to respond to my text messages or calls or voicemails. Upon further research they've done this to many other people. I feel completely taken advantage of and now have a hot tub that cannot be used. I would like all my money back and want these people out of business!! They have also had suits filed by Oklahoma attorney general. Why are they allowed to conduct business in FL?

    I bought a hot tub from Revive Spas and more 10/01/22, listed on Facebook marketplace for $4500 and sold at the price of $4000. The seller advertised as 2018 Master Spa Twilight 7.2 and delivered to Saint Johns from Port Orange. After inspection, I informed the business that the serial number found in 3 locations and the model number of the computer board corresponds to an older model produced in 2012. They have since dragged our communication out and fail to respond in a timely manner. I am not willing to accept the product delivered as is and after multiple attempts to contact the seller, they offered a %15 discount or exchange of a similar model. Based on this company's history, this does not seem to be an accident, and I would not be willing to exchange it or believe they will fix it. They are well know to give false information and sell defective hot tubs. This is an article about their company so I can help anyone to avoid dealing with this company.
