    We were invited to a lunch meeting on 4/11/2023 at a restaurant by ************* on information about Harmony Walk in Tubs. We had **** come to our home on pricing and feasibility. I told him we were mainly shower takers and the tub portion would be just occasionally. He assured us that the tub was meant for showering as well. He measured the shower space and stated they have a unit that would fit perfectly into the space and look as if was always there. We decided to purchase and paid half up front and the tub was ordered. Approximately 6 weeks later **** notified us that the tub was in and set up installation. The tub was replacing an existing shower which was demoed. The tub was installed and wasn't at all what had been portrayed to us. The footprint of this tub is 12 inches narrower than what our shower was. For appearance sake meant baseboards and ceramic tile are both 12 inches shy of meeting up with the tub. They slapped in some cheap vinyl tiles that don't match and did nothing with the baseboards. The surrounding walls above the tub, they installed some cheap looking textured vinyl panels that the grain runs in different directions on opposite walls, which looks very tacky. A curtain rod was hung with a curtain that absolutely doesn't keep water in the tub when trying to shower. I only tried showering in it once and cut my toe on the drain lid because the standing area for showering is so small that you're standing on the drain. It's totally unsuitable for showering in and that's not what we were told by ****, nor did he tell us it would be so much smaller than our shower. I never expected that our shower room would have been rendered useless to us. My wife tries showering in it occasionally and has to put many towels down to catch the water coming out. I was totally dissatisfied after installation but wrote the check for second half anyway. We reached out to **** with our complaints but eventually he didn't respond back.
