    **** RVSolutions is a company we have used several times in the past and have always had a good relationship with him and call on him when we need any service on our trailer. We called ** on Friday, June 27th because we had a leak under our sink. He came and determined it was the faucet and he volunteered to purchase one for us at **********. He did this and installed the faucet, my husband was home, I was not. When I got home I saw that the faucet was chrome but the sink is brushed nickel and didn't match. I called ** but he didn't answer. I left a message and told him I was sorry, but I wasn't happy with the faucet, that it didn't match the sink and what were our options. I told him I would return the faucet myself and maybe he could install the matching one. I called and texted him multiple times with no response. I thought maybe something happened to him, some unforseen circumstances, so I waited a few days and called and texted him again, but no response. I asked him to just email the receipt for the faucet and I'd exchange it and install it myself but again no response. I texted him for the last time asking him to please, just email the receipt for both the faucet and the job and I'm completely ignored. We have a side spicket on the sink and it was working when he came to assess the leak and that's no longer working. I reported this to him as well, but I've never received any consideration, not even a simple text. We paid $303.59 and would expect some consideration.

    Hi ***** and *****,

    I am sorry you are not happy with the color of the faucet. At the time of service, ***** informed me he did not care color of sink (because I asked), only requested the cheapest one they have, we dont use the sink. Which is exactly what I provided. I did not have this faucet on hand but wanted to get your kitchen sink back in order and working, so I drove to two different hardware stores in the area to find one that would fit your specific sink. Of which I did not charge you for.  I only charged install time. You watched me install it, then paid me at completion with no hesitation or complaint. *****- you and your husband should communicate better in the future to avoid disappointment with your next RV technician. I recall a similar situation between you two when I installed your AC. You wanted one thing, he wanted another. I can only follow the directions I am given.

    I am rejecting this response because: *** if you would have communicated with us, like a professional business, rather then ignore us we could have easily resolved this.  Why ***** would say we don't use the sink, the only sink besides the bathroom sink, we don't usually do dishes in the bathroom. So it makes no sense he would say that.  He did say we wanted the cheapest faucet because we are selling the unit, however there was no mention that he didn't care about a matching faucet.  You said you went to two stores to get the faucet but you bought the wrong one at Ace Hardware, you shouldn't be blaming us for that. And, when you were heading back to install the faucet you were parked towards the entry of the park, looked like you were working on another RV with someone,  was that included in our time and cost?  In regards to the air conditioner, if we both had thoughts about it and were trying to figure the best direction,  that's pretty normal.   We also informed you that the spicket is no longer working, it was working fine before you started any work on the faucet and you couldn't even give us the consideration of a reply.  Ignoring customers doesn't seem like a very fair business practice.   We have asked over and again to send us a receipt, both receipts, so we can exchange the faucet ourselves and have a copy of the receipt for the work.  Please provide that.
