    I paid in full for a Stinger stereo from Tint World. I attempted to contact ***** ******* (manager?/ owner?) several times to no avail and was left dealing with the installation tech? ***. I paid $1761.93 for the stereo that never functioned properly. I was finally, after much discussion with ***** refunded $1400.00, but he charged me 20% for removing the improperly installed, non functioning stereo and reinstalled my old stereo, because after 4 return trips to their shop in 24 hours, it still didn't work properly. It was poorly installed with a loose USB port that was also upside down. It had loose wire to the stereo per ***, the installer requiring one return trip, also had a loose wire hanging above the brake pedal causing a potential safety issue. I paid for a fully functional stereo including Bluetooth and GPS navigation, that I never received. I never signed any acceptance of their work being properly done, it never was properly done, necessitating the removal of the new stereo unit and replacing my old stereo unit. I was briefly in town from ******* for my Brother's funeral and after 4 attempts I was running out of time in the area. I am requesting that $361.93 be refunded to my debit card that was charged, which is the 20% Tint World wrongfully retained for their inability to deliver the product that was paid for and promised to me as a customer. In speaking to ***** he never offered an apology for the inconvenience, nor ever set foot outside of his shop to look at my stereo and the issues I relayed to him. When I asked him if he would like to come look at it right out front, he simply said, "not really"I tried to resolve this issue with ***** prior to and during my fourth visit, also in a phone conversation with him on 12/2/24 hen he called me and told me He would not refund my money after **** ***** from Tint World Headquarters (who I left 2 voicemails and sent one email to) had relayed my concerns to him. Nobody will respond to my requests.
