    usually people always complain about anything, this time i need to congratulate rec nation, they have the best customer service behind amazon, I explain my problems to hammy, in customer service , she was extremely helpful, when you call , they call you right away, they make you feel important, and they take care of your problem, today i call by mistake, and they send me a message in two minutes, they are incredible, i would blindly recommend rec nation for your storage needs and their prices are very reasonable, thanks hammy.unit b001 and b002

    RecNation Rv and Boat Storage This is a predatory landlord. We had our boat and trailer stored at the Rec Nation storage facility on ************************ for the last 3 almost 4 years. When we leased this property initially, it was under different ownership. Since the current owners took over, rent has increased almost 300%. As a result, we took our business elsewhere. Knowing our lease had a 30-day cancelation clause, we notified Rec Nation that we vacated our space on May 11, 2025. I called the property to correct that day and also emailed the same day documenting the same. So as usual, we received our notice of funds deducted from our checking account as expected. To our surprise, the full month's rent was deducted from our account. I spoke to Israel again asking why we were charged for a full month instead of the prorated amount for the rent for only the final eleven days for the remainder of the notice period. We were told that was their policy even though we were never informed of this change. We were told there would be no return of the $200 of the almost $300 overcharged to our account. Please be aware of this unfair and unlawful business practice performed by this company. We have retained legal counsel to represent us
