    We purchased an extended warranty for our Entegra Vision XL RV. We never used the warranty.We sold our class A Entegra Vision XL 34G in May of 2024. I reached out to The RV Advisor whom we purchased several RV extended warranties and roadside assistance plans. We submitted all the necessary paperwork to get the refund the our policy states we are due.******** ***** - Manager stated by email that the date of the cancellation was 6/14/2024. It was from the **********************************. Application number *******.The refund amount told to me by email was due back $3,584.02 by ********* *****. She states that **** needs to approve the refund. I have called for **** with no response.I have over 50 calls and emails trying to get this resolved.
