    Unprofessional ************ damaged my personal items, broke items and items are still missing. They threw things in black bags callously. They didnt completely empty my car though I told them documents were in there. I found them myself. They mocked me when taking my car. Left me stranded with children. They gave me no time to empty my car I had to do it in haste. Didnt even have the opportunity to return the key. I was embarrassed and humiliated in front of a public business as they took my car from me. I am traumatized and so is my family. They treated me like I was a criminal though I am a mother who fell on hard times only. They handed me a paper with a number no other information. Then acted less than human concerning my items and the conditions I found my items in. There should be a law to protect civilians from these horrible practices and a more human effort to treat people like they are instead of treating them like criminals. I know these business owners have families. Tell me if you would want your loved ones dealt this way. It was disgraceful how I was treated and my family. This business needs to be penalized and served fees.
