    Bought an RV or should say making payments on a lease to own from this business . Upon receipt of unit noticed back door didn't shut all the way . Upon further inspection realized , door had obviously been pried open and bent . Couldn't close tightly so had to put screws in it for it to close tight and keep bugs and heat out . Notified seller March 31st and sent pictures . Still waiting for functioning door .

    I am rejecting this response because: they made an attempt to replace  door that was the incorrect size . Apparently nobody checks measurements . Which really confuses me when they are in a business of refurbishing old RV s . Now the door is still the same old door . But worse off for the attempted repair . Instead of checking measurements before replacing the door . The old door was removed before discovering incorrect size .  Still has to be screwed shut so it doesn't leak .  . But now there's open holes all around the door for it to leak and allow water in . And remove the safety handle .
