    ***, this business is AKA Rock Solid Designs. The team that I received have only been in business for 11 months and when my job was done, you could definitely tell! They initially installed a ring around one of my plants that was wavier than a roller coaster. The size and color of the border was against my choice. They insisted I would love it once it dried! I was not impressed at all. I spoke with **** about it. He agreed to come out to replace it. He returned about a month later with a team of 6 or more guys. The 2nd time around was a little better than the first. They installed the correct color and size. But the work was a far cry from the pictures in the flyer that I have and from the pictures displayed at the ********** in ***** this past February. Yes, it is definitely noticeable that the job was done by trainees. Plus they left a lot of concrete pebbles all around the borders and in my lawn island. But the most disturbing part of the ordeal is, the company brochure and their ***** places heavy emphasis on an "exclusive 10-year limited warranty" and how this gives them a leg up over the competition. The truth is, they offer an option to PURCHASE A 10-YEAR WARRANTY, which involves a fee of several hundred dollars every other year according to ****, (one of the owners). PURCHASING THE WARRANTY WAS NEVER MENTIONED UNTIL AFTER THE *** WAS COMPLETE AND I ASKED FOR A COPY OF MY WARRANTY. I find this to be unethical, very misleading, deceitful and poor business practice! Therefore, I totally disagree with the statement on their flyer that reads "No other edging company or product can compare to Border Magic." With the experience that I had, I don't think any other company would want to be compared with Border Magic! I do not recommend this company for a professional lawn border job. They aren't ready and still needs a lot of practice. When we pay for professional work, we expect and should receive professional results. Not classroom "students in training" results!
