    On 1/10/24 Coastal container used my driveway to pick up or deliver a dumpster to the residence across the street **** Timber Ln. and caused damage to my culvert and leaving ruts in the yard and got close enough to timbers above the culvert causing the timbers to separate from the dirt that will allow water to now drain between the timbers and the dirt causing it to wash out the dirt and eventually cause failure. After seeing the damage I spoke with the neighbor, and told them not to use my driveway. the next day 1/11/24 I placed my garbage container in the middle of my driveway in order to stop them from using my drive way, however the driver from Coastal Container got out of the truck and moved the container with no permission, and used my driveway again. The man who is doing the work for the neighbor came over after seeing what the driver did to apologize for the driver, which I have on camera/video, I called Coastal Container and the lady that answered the phone said she would tell the owner. I never heard anything back, so I called back the next day, she told me the owner came and looked and took pictures, so I asked her to have him call me and discuss a resolution, as of today I have not heard from them. I have pictures on my phone that clearly show the separation between the timbers and the dirt. The resolution would be to fix the damage.
