Im writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the current state of this storage facility. From the moment you walk in, youre hit with the overwhelming smell of mold, urine, and what seems to be decaying rodents. Its clear the facility has a serious rodent infestation. Several bait boxes throughout the building contain dead rats that havent been removed in weeks, if not longer. The conditions are unsanitary and frankly, disturbing. On multiple occasions, Ive opened my unit only to see live rats run out. Theres visible evidence that rodents have been living inside my unit and have caused extensive damage to my belongings. Everything is covered in f**** and urine. As someone with an autoimmune condition, this level of contamination is not just upsettingits a health risk. I cant safely salvage or clean anything. My only option is to throw it all away. What makes this even more stressful is the complete lack of accessibility to staff. The office is almost never open, and when I try calling, the phone rings endlessly with no option to leave a message. Ive tried several times to get help, but theres no way to reach anyone or report whats going ***** safely clean out the unit now, I would need to hire professionals, which is far beyond my current means. The facility doesnt provide dumpsters, and I dont feel its fair to be left with the burden of removing items that were destroyed through no fault of my own. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Im requesting that this situation be reviewed, and Im seeking $4,000 to help cover the loss of my damaged property and the cost of proper removal. I can provide photos as evidence upon request. I havent taken as many as I should simply because when Im in the unit, I feel disgusted and hesitant to even touch my phone after handling anything contaminated.I truly hope this can be resolved fairly and quickly
