    RE: ****************** LLC.*************************************** Phone: ************** Website: helicopteracademy.com Transaction Date: 2/2/2024 Amount Paid: ***** Payment Method: Cashier's Check My trust company sent $***** to ************************* ************ and ************ at *********************************************** was to be one of 4 payments. The check was cashed and cleared the trust account on the 02/05/24. I have not heard from him again. I have made phone calls sent emails and text I have not heard a word back.*** knew this was a time sensitive course for me, my lease ends April 30 2024,and that I intended to fly daily immediately (I have emails). I shipped my car from ******** to ***** and I have been studying the course on my own and they have waisted my time and from the way I see it stolen my money The pilots I was given information for are independent contractors, the first *************************** ************ very responsive and was willing to help but he no longer works with *** (who I sent the money too), Im speculating that *** have something to do with being paid I have no idea.The other, like ***, is also rather non responsive ********************* ************. He asked me if I would like to start training on Sunday the 17th of march I responded yes I would love to go up that was on Monday it is Thursday 7pm I haven't heard back. The expression my leg is being pulled is certainly coming to light.I was told I could fly anytime lots of communication back and forthwith *** no problems until we sent the money then nothing. I have never met any of these people I have not seen or been in any of these helicopters if he even has one.there certainly don't seam to be many reputable affiliates willing to work with him that I can tell.I easily *** not be the only person he is doing this too and I feel a thorough investigation should probably be done with this guy.Thank you if any questions please feel free to call.

    02/26/24 I paid $500 I spoke with ***************************** over the phone about getting my private pilot license. He said I would first need to pay and complete my ground school then we would be able to do my flight training. So I let him know once paid and completed the ground school. He then referred me to a different school that didnt accept the ground school he made me pay for. I feel like I was scammed out of $500 for a certificate I dont need.

    The online program is to prepare you for the *** written exam.   Upon receiving the diploma the student is supposed to reply to me with the diploma and the practice tests to get signed off to take the *** written exam.   You take the *** written exam independent of another school and you will pass that.  ANY school will recognize a completed *** written exam.  All schools in the *** prepare you sole for the *** written exam and the *** flying exam.  He should text me his diploma with his name on it and the corresponding practice tests.   *** ************.

    For like 8 years we have used this program with very good results.    If the buyer were to simply finish the course, get the diploma to me I will have the chief pilot (who flies a Gulfstream for a Billionaire) ask him a few questions and sign him off for the exam at a test center.   It is a software program and no one ever refunds software as after you take the software training its natural to want to be refunded to beat the system.  I will tell you that every school will tell you that a student must pay the school all this money when this online program short circuits all that and prepares you for the test.   Most get over 90%.    It is rather impossible not to get a 90% because the online course prepares you for the knowledge of the material on the written test.  NOT the flying test but the written test.

    I am rejecting this response because: I will not accept any response that isnt a full refund. My experience with this company has been nothing short of unpleasant and unprofessional. It has taking up a huge chunk of my time and energy. I believe the best solution to this issue is to refund me and go out separate ways. If there is a way for the company to understand that although not a normal do refunds for a software course in this instance is the best option for both parties.
