    Due to work and a family related situatioin I had to relocate from ******* before my lease expired. I spoke with the leasing office and they stated that I would have to pay for the remaining months on the contract if I were to breach it. I asked for a total amount and provided a check to the leasing office over 20 days before I moved out of the apartment. After moving out I received a call stating that the payment was not received. That my account was now being sent to collections unless I the same amount, in full, for a second time.I have asked multiple times to get a breakdown of the charges and a copy of the statement. The leasing agent/property manager continues to tell me that someone will call me back. Nobody calls me back nor have I received any clarification via email as to why I am being asked to pay for a second time.It was brought to my attention by an employee that there was certain individuals at the leasing office that were "loosing" checks and yet those checks were still being cashed. Therefore, this sounds like it is an internal situation. I paid what was required and now I am being subjected to harassment, and financial extortion.

    I had nothing but respect for them and treat people fairly despite of the color of skin. I have live in this underrated residence for 4 years. They are extremely racist against black people and specifically look down on the black culture that is on SECTION 8. I have been asking them to remove mold over a year now and they problem still at hand. My daughter have to sleep in the living room due to how bad the smell is and enough is enough. I came to conclusion that they dont ultimately care about your health, the only thing they want is your MONEY?? I HAVE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT/MAINTENANCE ***** They all are Hispanic. My Lease expires in 2 months. GOD have better BLESSINGS for me and my FAMILY??I can go on and on about this place. I ADVISE YOU ALL??DO NOT INVEST YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE??The trash pick up service is ran down by a couple of teenagers, half of the trash goes in the dump and the remaining garbage is left in the parking lot. BEYOND NASTY!!! This is why we have so many RATS in the neighborhood. Keep in mind that they charge you for is horrible service, that you pay monthly. Furthermore they allow the Spanish guests to have several dogs and do not charge a pet fee for having their pets. DESPITE YOUR RACE, YOU NEED TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH FAIRNESS??They also allow the residents dogs urinate and s*** in your yard or whatever they walk there dog and expect someone to clean after there pet. The RESIDENTS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOU??BECAUSE THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT??I have to clean s*** on a daily basis and I dont have the pleasure of owning no pets, but I do it because I am a clean person. I have send several pictures to the lease office over and over again and nothing has got resolved. They also have a shitload of stray cats, that wanders the neighborhood, that likes to sleep on my patio for shelter. So theres my joy taking again! I invested in furniture that I cant even enjoy of the fulfillment of my own porch. PROTECT YOUR PEACE????????
