            I took my car to get looked at my back brakes were squealing. They held my car hostage said my front end was in need of repair it was a danger to other drivers and it would be 1000 went to pick up my car they ran it out of gas and it wouldn’t start they said they didn’t test drive it but my gas light wasn’t even on when I dropped the car off 2 days prior so I go to pay for the car and they added a 6% charge they never told me about nor have posted when using a card and charged me 1073 and when I finally got gas drove away and they didn’t even fix the noise or brakes on the rear of my rear wheel drive car that had brake and hydraulic fluid leaking which was the safety issue and the repairs I wanted told me to bring it back up there and they would look at it again and I was scared they would do it again so I went somewhere else to get the problem fixed this company should not be in business he is a crook and will hold your car hostage and idk how to even go about getting my money back if it’s even possible

            ON MAY 22 2023 I went to A1 transmission for a humming sound coming from my car when it accelerated. I left my car there Jeff called me back and quoted me $669 and I agreed to pay him $450 on card and the rest in cash he agreed. I told him to go ahead and fix the problem. He called back stating he needed $270 more because the problem wasn't fixed. And he needed to change the wheel bearing on the right side now . I came up there in lightening speed to check on my vehicle. The car was still humming...NOT FIXED!! Then when I didn't agree to pay for the extra charges I would just take my car elsewhere he said he doesn't take card pointing to a sign on the wall. cash only $700 out the door is what he said.He lied directly to my face and not only did he not fix my car after a yelling match because by this point I'm pissed he called the police and I had to leave my vehicle at the shop. I was informed that I only needed a wheel Bearing to stop the noise and he wants me buy a new hub , break pads , new rotors and the car is still humming.Jeff is a snake this business needs to be closed.How many people does it take to complain about his price gouging and unprofessionalism before someone does something about it. Check the reviews im not the only one.
