            ****** **** 6 reviews just now NEW Take the warnings you have seen to heart! DO NOT rent from these ppl. First off when you sign the contract it says you must leave house clean with all the expectations of what they mean clean. With all of that my husband and I were please thinking that was good because we didn’t have to worry about cleaning the house before we moved in, BOY WE WERE WRONG! It was dirty so we had to clean it before we could even move in. Also you cannot pay your rent in cash, whatever form of payment you use you are charged extra. To use debit card you are charged $ 9.99 extra. Even if you set it up to automatically draft from your bank account you are charged a fee, when most place with give a discount for autopay. On top of that air conditioner went out during the heat wave they were notified on Friday no one came until Monday night after 6 pm. They are definitely not what they portray when you are looking at their homes. STAY AWAY FROM THEM unless you are ready for a massive headache!!
