    I hired this company to trim some trees and remove one tree as well as the stump. Stump was not completely removed. After contacting the company i was advised the trump was to close to my fence to completely remove. I specifically asked during the estimate if could be removed and they said yes. I paid this company seventeen hundred dollars and sent pictures of what wasn't done have not heard. I should have been told upfront that removing the stump completely was not possible.

    Description of Complaint: February 6,2023

    On the evening of January 27, 2023 our sewer pipes backed up into our shower and bathtubs. Put in emergency call to **** ***** *********. They came out 6:00 am the next morning, January 28, 2023. The first question he asked me was “Did you recently have a tree cut down? Well, yes, on November 4, 2022 by Tree Care America. He than showed me a picture of a log in the sewer pipe as well as a crack on the sewer cap. The force of the tree coming down on the sewer pipe is probably was caused it to crack above and below the ground. I had to replace the pipes. The coast of labor and parts was $500.00.
    I called Tree Care America and had a conversation with *** ******* *******, owner. As you well know *** ******, I explained to you what the Utility worker said to us about the tree cutting in addition to sharing that on January 27 we did four loads of wash, consecutively. We had not done that before so it was a lot of water having to move through the pipes which they could not handle because they were broken. Of course, you were suspicious of this being truthful and felt you needed more information to evaluate the situation yourself which you had/have every right to check. You, Sir, assured me you would take full responsibility if you deemed your company was at fault. You agreed to come for a visit. You have not come nor have you responded to my calls for a response. Sir, I am almost 80 years old. I did not pick up a log and place in it the sewer pipe; I did not take a hammer and cause the sewer cape to crack. I have been a religious sister for 25 years, and in full time ministry all my life. I have an honorable reputation. I would not try and take advantage of your company or anyone else. Ironically, after the fine work of Tree Care America, cutting down two trees for us, I gave you a rave 5-star review. Now, I only seek what is right and just. I am still waiting for a response.

    approved subject company to cut down one tree and cut up trees and remove from property. Subject began cutting up trees and moving to front of house. Midway I was told that they had no way to remove this tree ****** at present. Was told the would begin removing the next day. This is on October 4th 2022. As of this date, October 14th, 2022, it is still in my front yard and has killed most of the grass in the front yard. My phone calls are not being returned after many promises to take care of the situation.

    During the time of job being completed the state of Florida had been placed in a state of emergency, thus having all ****** trucks pulled from normal rotation and sending to places that would be impacted by Hurricane Ian.  The customer and project manager remained in constant contact as to when the ****** would be picked up.  We got a crew out to them when planned for clean up, there was still a bit left over and sent a crew back out the following morning to finish. I feel as though it was done in a timely manner with the state of emergency in place.

    We feel as though we have done all we can. As stated before: We did stay in communication with the client regarding the Lack of ****** removal trucks as the result of a major hurricane that came through less than 2 weeks prior. 
    We even sent a crew over to have the ****** moved, at least partially, off his lawn and into the road; of course, the entire pile wouldn't fit in the road so some ****** did remain near the road on his lawn.

    I am rejecting this response because this company unnecessarily tore up my front yard with their equipment  and agreed to restore it but failed to live up to this agreement.
