      Asplundh workers came on to our property unannounced cutting trees and limbs away from our power lines for ***************** and created a huge mess of brush and downed trees. We had already been hit hard by Hurricane ****** with over 100 trees down on our upper property. Asplundh created a mess where the hurricane didnt affect us so now we have an even greater area to clean up. They snuck up to our property along an old service road because the flooding destroyed the bridge on our road and so not able to bring a chipper so I believe they planned this so they would have an excuse not to clean up their mess. The worst part is that they littered our property with plastic water bottles and cigarette butts everywhere!! This is unacceptable and so unprofessional. My husband has his own tree business and never ever would trash his customers properties like ********************** did to us.Also, Asplundh cut trees that were not affecting the power lines and they sprayed small bushes that wouldnt grow over two feet tall. We dont spray anything and they should never have sprayed on our property without our knowledge and consent. We would have cut back brush had they let us know. I called the *************** for Asplundh 3 times over the past 6 months and no one has returned my call. The first call I made the woman told me she would have the supervisor for our area call me and this person never called back. I sent an email three weeks ago and did not get a response. They need to come back with a chipper and also clean up their trash which I left so when the supervisor arrived he could see the bottles that were thrown all over our lawn. I took photos of the bottles and cigarette butts. They need to return now that we have a bridge which was put in place the end of January and chip up all the brush and pull the trees up the bank along our driveway where they downed trees all over the place leaving the worst mess. The crew needs to understand they never should litter.

      This company said they were contracted by ***. They are in my backyard screaming and yelling for hours. 7-10 workers here and they are all laying on my deck doing nothing but on their phones and smoking cigarettes. They are throwing the cigarettes across my backyard and I have a dog that can eat them. None of the workers are doing anything except one guy. They are all milking the clock and collecting wages for no work. I can not get a hold of anyone at the actual business. I have tried emails and phone calls.

      on july 23 2024 asplundh trimmed trees from power lines at my property they never removed the trimmings from my property i have a yard full of tree trimmings in my yard
