    Placed order on fragrance oil 3/4/25 for total of $129.61. I received a partial order (2small bottles valued at around $8.50). I kept emailing the company about the rest of my order and they replied a few times. Once saying they were moving to a bigger warehouse so they were backed up; another time she said my order was expected to ship the following week. I still have not gotten my order and they quit responding to emails. They had a phone number online that I tried to call but no one never answered. Now the phone number has been removed. I just want my money back for the part of the order I did not receive. I went to their ******** page and many people have the same issue. I have proof of the order and the emails if needed

    I placed an order in February and have yet to receive the order now being almost June. Several attempts to contact the business has led to nothing. Still no order or a refund. Now they remove my information and order history to attempt to cover up their behavior.

    I placed an order with Deep South on April 13, 2025. I received 4 of the 9 fragrance oils. I emailed May 1st to check on the status of my remaining order. They responded by telling me that they had changed over their systems and things were taking time. I emailed again on May 9th, May 16th and May 19th. There is no phone number to contact them. I also sent 3 separate messages through their website asking for someone to contact me to resolve the issue. No one will respond to my emails. I have asked for a refund or the remainder of my order. I do have the emails, but all of the files tell me they are too large to upload.

    On April 4, 2025 at 7:16am I placed an order with Deep South Fragrance Company for Room Spray Base in the amount of $******. O had not received a confirmation of shipping so on April 17, 2025 I emailed them to check on my order, I received no response. On April 22, 2025 I contacted them again and still no response. On May 4, 2025 I sent an email again and no response. I went to their ******** page to try to contact them and saw a post where they have done this to dozens of people. The have taken their money and not responding our fulfilling orders. This is hurting my business and I have lost more then ****** in sales because of this. I just want a refund on my money that they stole from me.

    Purchased from business February 6, 2025. Today is, April 5, 2025 still waiting on three bottles of a ptetty decent size order of fragrance oils. This company is dishonest. They will print ypur **** label and not send ypur package. Email after Email and being lied to , and now no response. But i have paid you, so why not send me what im owed? I waited 6 months before I ordered from this company again, because sadly it wasnt the first time. But, I get it...but, stated hired help things corrected, clearly dishonest again. Just send the products, people have paid for. Thanks.

    I placed an order with Deep South Fragrance Company on March 4, 2025 in the amount of $87.42 - order number *****. Their website stated that they have a 2-8 business day process time. I own a candle business and am dependent on receiving supplies in a timely manner to effectively run my business. I hadn't received my order by March 20th, 2024, so I sent an e-mail inquiring about shipping time, with no response. I sent another e-mail on March 24th requesting a refund, I also received no response. I had to make an order with another candle supply company at this time and no longer needed my order since it still had not shipped. I sent another email on 4/1 and have not received a response from the seller. I would like a full refund at this time, but the owner is not responding to my emails and inquiries.
