    WARNING!!! DO NOT USE SERVPRO!!! They do not respond to messages and do not provide the requested documentation but are quick to file liens before insurance issues are resolved!!! WARNING!!!Despite **** *. Business Owner's May 28, 2025 response to my negative review, he failed to include the fact that ServPro never responded to my 5/7/25 or my 5/28/2025 emails requesting an explanation and supporting documentation. This is how he claims "We always encourage open communication"! Typical Corporate America, too busy to respond to customer messages but plenty of time to file liens during a period of mass confusion dealing with other insurance issues. All that aside, a company "willing to resolve the matter constructively" would have notified me be BEFORE filing the lien! Too late to resolve the issue now!!!If you have any doubt about my review, just note their history of all the other negative reviews; SERVPRO of North Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach 2.7 (3 reviews)!!!
