    My kids & I were involved in a car accident on Aug 12th. Dennis approached the scene of the accident & explained that he had a body shop & would like to help out. I took his information down. On August 30th I paid half the money down for him to start working on my car ($1,525.00). Dennis told me it would take two weeks to fix my car. He didn't communicate with me the entire time he had my car. I wrote him the day before I was supposed to pick up my car just to make sure it was all good to go. He said it wasn't ready & that they were waiting on a part etc. I feel he should've communicated that sooner as I had been w/out my car for quite sometime at this point & had to pay for rentals which was very expensive. When I took my car to him he was supposed to be replacing the bumper/front grill & the hood & repainting it. I was finally told I can pick my car up on Sep 27th. paid the remaining $1000 Total $2500). The first day I get my car & take it on the highway the front grill flies off the front of the car. I message him right after this happens & he says he will look into getting another. Which he never did. I kept asking & nothing was done or offered to fix. Then I noticed my right side of my bumper was poking out & decided to look under & realized HE NEVER REPLACED MY BUMPER OR HOOD. He only repaired the damage. I had messaged over the course of a few weeks over & over trying to get him to send me my itemized receipt. Once I FINALLY got it I brought this discovery to his attention & explained how deceived & taken advantage of I felt. He did not once deny doing it, & only offered for me to bring my car back to him. Which was not an option for me after he kept my car so long & then lied about the work that had been done. I have proof of everything that has transpired. The work he did on my car did not hold I up & he just made it look good for me to pick it up. $2500 wasted. I want a full refund
