    I was presented with an option for a free trial, and was prompted to input my debit info; so far, nothing out of the ordinary. I input my info, and it immediately charges me. I go to cancel the subscription and there is no method to do so. Not only have I been charged, I was charged without authorization, and have no way to remove my card.

    SolutionInn will not deactivate my account as requested on several occasions. I've filed several complaints with the company regarding being charged for a service that I am not using. My account has been pending deactivation for months and I'm still being charged.

    We sincerely apologize to any inconvenience caused by us to complainer. 

    However, the complainer's account has been canceled along with the membership charged to him has already been refunded.
