Bought a used car from them feb 24th. Had no car radio or dashboard working. Was told the radio was ordered and should be there the coming weekend. Paid 6k cash. Drove car off lot and it ended up overheating down the road. Called them to let them know. They came to me and said car needs a thermostat. It being late I asked if they can deliver it. A week later they did..along with a handgun in car which they came back 15 minutes later for. (After my wife test drove car without knowing handgun was in glove box). And still without radio. They stated it was sent back by accident and they will reorder it. Next day It rained while I was at work and after my shift, i noticed an inch of water in the driver and passengers floor. I also noticed windshield Wipers were not working, as well as the ****** I tried calling them the next day 20x to no answer. I text owner and explained to him all the issues and that i still have not received tags/title to car which he said he fed exd to me. Asking for refund or trade in. He did not reply. Next day i go back with car and show him all the malfunctions and ask about radio. He said he will give me 400$ back so i can buy radio myself. I said and how will it be installed? I cant install it. He said he will order radio and have them install it at shop. I said ok. The following 2 weeks passed with no radio and no tags/title. I call him and ask him about the radio and tags/title And he states he never told me that they will order a radio and install it. That the 400 he gave me back was for me to order radio AC and all other repairs in car. Me feeling that ** already getting scammed With no tags or title, I went to the *** on my own. They told me I would have to go back to him to get Tags/title. The temp tags he issued me are expired and i cant drive. Being i cannot drive the car i sent a friend to pick it up. They end up putting tags under friends name! Its been almost 2 months now with no title nor tags. Refund please!
