    The *** released payment to third party bank May 22, 2024. The tax preparer printed out my return on June 3rd. He said he sent the check out via regular mail and I never received it. I contacted the 3rd party bank and was notified the check was cashed on June 3rd. I reside in ************ the preparer reside in *******. He told me he stopped payment and would wire me the refund. Then he stated he could not wire but could send me weekly payments. I was owed 6,400$ he sent 5, 000. He has yet sent the rest of payment and stopped texting and answering phone calls.

    The Irs released payments on may 22, 2024. The Tax prepared issued a check on June 3rd. I never received it. When I contacted the preparer he claims he was out of town and would look into it once he returned.  June 8th I still have not received payment  the Tax preparer claims it was lost in the mail. I called the Irs and they gave me the number to the third party bank . I contacted green dot and they notified me the check had been cashed on June 3rd 2024. I contacted the preparer and he assured me that was not the case and it was lost in the mail and he would just stop payment on the check and wire me the money. When it was time to wire he stated his bank had issues with the wire transfer and that he would Zelle me weekly payments because his bank only allowed him to send max 2500 a week. So June 12 and June 17th he sent 2500 then disappeared after that my refund amount was 6430. In which I only received 5000 of.

    Only 5000 of the total was sent. Also there was fraud on the preparer end in which my signature was forged
