    Admiral Security Malicious Prosecution and Public Harrassment 1.False Attempted Imprisonment: The admiral security guard tried to detain or restrain me without lawful justification or probable cause. The admiral security guard falsely called the police and ordered me not to leave till the police arrived and therefore unlawfully confining me against your will.2.Defamation: the admiral security guard made false statements about me and my dog to ************ and others that harmed your reputation as a public record and several video tapes now exist. 3.Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress: The security guard's actions were extreme and outrageous, causing me severe emotional distress which I am filing for intentional infliction of emotional distress.4.Negligence: The security guard failed to exercise reasonable care in handling the situation, resulting in harm to me due to his negligence on the mater. The admiral security guard acted recklessly or carelessly and/or in a power hungry manner in harassing me and calling the police.5.Violation of Federal and State Civil Rights: My civil rights were violated by the security guard's actions, including discrimination based on race, gender, age and other protected characteristic as in that same spot in ********************************************** admiral security guards routinely do not enforce unleashed dogs, prostitution, drug dealing, noise violations, scooters/motorized vehicles on sidewalks, solicitation of candy sales, marijuana consumption, public drunkeness, disorderly conduct and numerous other violations routinely committed by people of other races.6.Malicious Prosecution: The security guard initiated police proceedings against you without probable cause and did so with malice.
