            I recently stayed at point Orlando hotel and suites jun 28- July 1st. Confirmation number*********** under NYA TOPPIN. The card we used has been charged over $500 for our $367 night stay. We didn't even get our $50 deposit back. When we first arrived at the hotel the lady who was working on the 28th around 7pm mixed up our rooms and has us searching all over until she said "sorry I don't usually work here I cam from another hotel" we called the hotel today to say there was a mistake and apparently we got charged for smoking. According to the lady we called apparently WE had the whole hotel smelling like weed and neighbors complained... we werent even in the hotel half the time we went out all day. So they're lying and saying they have witnesses which is not true because we do not smoke! Apparently the cleaning lady has devices to detect marijuana? We just flew in from another state so i know thats false.I even walked in on the cleaning lady because i forgot my bag. No issues. Im really upset over all of this Ive never had this happen before. Weather they mixed up our rooms like the did since we got they're or just lying. Now when we call they hang up on us and say we cant speak to anyone else. They charges do not add up at all.

            I have stayed at this hotel by choice everytime visiting Florida. This will be our family last time the price that my husband and I paid to be at this trip is not worth the hassle. First off alot of things changed even as appearance, and definitely COSTUMER SERVICE! We had a trouble time yesterday with the flight etc. All I wanted to do was get to the hotel to relax after a long flight. I needed a troili to bring up luggage being they do not help and was approached by a very INSOBORDANT WORKER NAME Carmen! If you don't know how to work with people then you should not work dealing with people. She requested ID for a troili and said "when u bring back the troili u can get your ID. "NO HELLO" NO HOW ARE YOU" But I watched her when WHITE PEOPLE APPROACHED THE COUNTER SHE HAD SOME RESPECT OR SHOULD I COMMON SINCE! I ASKED IS THERE ANYINE TGAT COULD COME TO THE 12TH FLOOR TO PUCK IT UP BEING I DID SPEND 1,500 TO BE HERE FOR FOUR DAYS ! NO ITS NOT was her reply !I tried to get a hold of the manager Louis no luck. Also there is alot of hidden fees be careful even with the return of the 50 dollor charge a day I had a problem with them before not releasing the money and saying it was the bank! Our family will not stay here again
