    I did not authorize payment to this business and they have taken money out of my account under the name "PEOPLECHECK". I have never received a billing statement via email or in the mail. I called this company to resolve this distressing event. I spoke with the representative ******, who falsely verified an incorrect email address and gave me all the account information regarding this error. It was recently brought to my attention that this occurred when I attempted to close an account I thought had a 0 balance. ****** exclaimed from that the email address she had on file, was the email address that created the account. I reviewed all of my email addresses and was unable to find where this account received any billing statements via email. I did not authorize any of these purchases from my account. The following charges were processed on my card ending 1191. Jun-23 ***** 23-Jul ***** 23-Aug ***** 23-Sep ***** 23-Oct ***** 23-Nov 52 23-Dec 28 24-Jan 60.6 ***** ************ only refunded me 4 transactions that totaled $150.00. I am requesting they return the remainder of the balance that they created. I would have never authorized transactions from this account in that amount because this is not a card I utilize on a regular basis.

    I was scammed into paying for a report that did not exist. Even though they acknowledge the report was never available they refused to refund my money. They did cancel a ridiculous add on that they claimed I authorized. Crooks and scammers. I reported them to the ****

    January 10th 2023 on my unemployment card which I don't even know how they got this number they charged me $68 for a service that I canceled last month because it should have been canceled the month before that and they won't send me any documentation telling me why it was that it had been canceled so that I know that it is canceled this is the third month in a row that they have charged me that it has been supposed to be canceled this is what I only get $200 a week and unemployment and my bills are like $1,000 a month I don't need to be looking up people I don't care about people I need my money back they have they are rude they will not they will not cooperate and then they want to say that it's my fault no I never signed up for you

    My bank account was charged for a service that I did not have a subscription plan to, nor did I agree to any authorized transactions to be removed from my account by Peoplechk.com. They continue to attempt to take multiple debts from my account, sometimes twice daily, in attempts to collect a fee for a service that I DO NOT RECEIVE and have requested to be cancelled on multiple occasions.

    I have been locked out of my online banking for a while. I finally got into my banking to find out since March 2022 peoplechk.com has been taking ***** per month off my card. I called them on 11/03/2022 they told me that it was a online thing u start off by paying **** if u don't cancel in 5 days u get billed ***** per month I never ordered this so that said they would give me back ***** for October so I told them that Nov was being processed now the lady told me she wasn't seeing it so if it does push through to call back and it would b reimburse to me. It did get pushed through so I called back on 11/4/22 and spoke with the supervisor she told me that all she can do is reimburse me for ***** I told her what was told to me and she was very rude to me and told me ***** was all she could do. I never ordered this and I am on a fixed income and I am disabled so all my money is accounted for I would have never ordered something so expensive.
