    i bought a car and two weeks after had some problems with the car so took it back to the dealership and they **** get me my down payment back

    Customer purchased a vehicle and two weeks later the vehicle started to present signs of battery malfunction, which is normal when the temperature drops even with a new battery. Therefore, our post sale department requested the customer to bring the vehicle back to the dealership to have our mechanics inspect the vehicle. ************ explained to the customer that the battery needed to be replace and the dealer was going to do it free of charge since the purchased was fairly new. However, the customer said he wanted to cancel the purchased regardless of how minor the issue was. The customer was provided with full post sale assistance and guidance to switch the unit for anything else in our lot or even pre order another vehicle for him based on his needs since our down payments policy is non- refundable.  The customer stated he was ok with losing the full down payment and signed proper paperwork to cancel deal with non-refundable down payment. Attached is the Return Vehicle Agreement with the details of happened the day of and signed by the customer.
