    I hired Kings and Queens Multiservices to do my 2022 tax return which they did, however sue to their mistake I was audited by the IRS which reduced my return amount. The funds was sent to their processing bank which then sent all my money for their fees. I tried to call King and Queens however they are not returning my calls text or emails, instead they block my phone number.
    Please help.

    I initially reached out to file my taxes on February 4, 2023. I had questions about not receiving them after a month and then two months. I reached out to Daphney who filed my taxes and would receive a response about a week later which is unprofessional. She would say she has no update and the IRS would contact me if they needed anything in order to process my return. In June on 2023 I was contacted by the IRS regarding my taxes possibly being submitted fraudulently. I have reached out to Ms. N***** almost everyday since then asking for a copy of my 1040 form in order to resolve the issue with the IRS. I haven’t received any response yet and have reached out across multiple channels.
