    I wish I could give this business zero stars. I suddenly lost my 37 year old nephew and found Amaryllis Cremation. The lack of compassion from the owner, Sarah Sequenzia is astounding. Before I paid, she was cordial. Afterwards, her whole demeanor changed. I couldn't get her to answer my texts until the next day. When my nephew's ashes were ready, I received a text saying "He's being cremated now." No name of my nephew and no signature. At that point, I didn't know her number, so I didn't know who it was. I told her that HE has a name and a text is an unfeeling way to find this information out. She never even offered her condolences to me or my family. I needed to return home for medical reasons (which is out of state), and asked if I could pick the ashes up at an earlier time and I was told she wasn't available. Not available for her grieving clients?
    The worst part of the entire experience was when I picked up my nephew's ashes. He was in a CARDBOARD BOX. I purchased an urn so that my sister could release her son's ashes into the ocean. However, Sarah said that the receptacle was not good to put the ashes in as it gets moisture in it. Why wasn't I told this to begin with? Perhaps I would have chosen another urn. She should have prepared me ahead of time for seeing my nephew in a box.
    Amaryllis Cremation made my nephew's tragic and untimely death very stressful and unnecessary. Sarah is unprofessional and certainly not compassionate. Buyer beware.
